GT vs MI IPL Highlights: For the consecutive 12th season, Mumbai Indians lost the IPL opening match, this time under new skipper Hardik Pandya. Shubman Gill-led Gujarat Titans staged a dream comeback as they snatched a 6-run victory from the mouth of MI.  

The power-packed batting unit of Gujarat Titans didn't do that well against fiery Mumbai Indians pacer and Jasprit Bumrah's perfect yorkers troubled GT batters. Only Sai Sudharsan's 45 displayed some challenge to Mumbai's bowling might. GT scored 168/6 in 20 overs and MI is set to begin the chase. 

Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill provided Gujarat Titans with a strong start, but Mumbai Indian bowlers have made a good comeback as they clinched multiple wickets in quick succession. Azmatullah Omarzai and Sai Sudarshan are on crease. 

Hardik Pandya won the toss and Mumbai Indians is going to bowl first. This was a good toss to win and expectedly bowling first seems to be good choice from Mumbai Indians. Shubman Gill is leading for the first time in IPL and looks more than confident at his home.
